Hi Guys,

Sorry we didn't get in here sooner, we have been rather busy as you can imagine!

On Wednesday lunchtime our monitoring showed a disk was going to fail on the outgoing mail server so we turned on 2 backup mail servers (smtp.idnet.net & smtp.idnet.com)

However, the new smtp.idnet.com server had a issue with the SSL certificate for TLS authentication which appears to have affected some but not all connections. The problem was resolved by 9pm that day.

To our knowledge one customer is still reporting a problem which we are still working on and which appears to be unique..

If anyone believes they are still seeing problems please do get in touch with Support so we can offer our assistance.

Ruddy Norton again! That's been causing problems for ISP support departments for over 15 years.
