Can't reach idnet website

Can anyone explain why I can't reach idnet's website?  (All other browsing is OK)  DNS is resolving to 212.69.36.64 but I can't even ping it from any PC in my home.  I can reach it from other locations that I can RDP into and from my phone on 4G - so I know the site isn't down.

It's up for me. The only explanation I can suggest is that the server's security software has banned your IP for some reason. A call to support should resolve it.
