emails deleted by idnet on my outlook account

When I clear my idnet mailbox out to make space it also deleted these emails on my Outlook mail on Windows 10.  How do I stop this happening please?

You need to download your emails using POP3 via Outlook on your Windows 10 machine.  It sounds like your outlook is probably set up using IMAP, which leaves the emails on the server, but once they are deleted from the server, they will also disappear from Outlook.

Let us know if you need further help with that, but you should be able to find the settings for POP3 on the IDNet website.
