Telephone question

I have 2 phones connected to my BT line, they work fine. However I now have need of a Bluetooth enabled phone. So I have an Amplidect400BT this works fine, except when connected with my current BT 2700 Trio the BT phone does not receive calls. It fails to ring and trying to answer a call has no effect. any ideas to help please? I though of getting a couple of handsets to add to the Amplidect, but it seems they are not available.  :eek4:
