Sky Go

My son has given me log on details for his Sky Sports. I can't get Sky Go to work and it keeps coming with error 1404.

Any thoughts?

I've managed to get Sky Go to run a few times on an iPad using various methods but it always tells me I need to upgrade my package to view anything. It really depends on the device, you could try logging into the Sky account on the device you'll want to use and register the device, assuming it isn't there.

If it's a Windows device the usual suggestion is to delete CiscoVideoGuard if it exists and the app, then reinstall the app.
