Folder synchronisation software

Hi boys and girls!

I need to keep to folders on two different machines identical, so I'm looking to use some synchronisation software to do the job for me! 

My question is do any of you use such software, and if so can you make a recommendation of what software to use? A quick google turned up several free programs, but I can't be bothered to go through each one seeing if it's any good!

Lance, I've been using Good Sync for about 2 years seems to work well for me, it is available as a free lite version or a paid for Pro version from here: -

I use SyncBack freeware (there's also a paid version available), which you can pick up here. Fast, easy to use...

Of course, the other choice would be SyncToy from M$ if there's a version for Vista.

SyncToy 1.4 is compatible with Microsoft Vista.
