Centrex single line VoIP - Phonebook?

Hi, we have a Centrex single line VoIP contract with IDNet and would like to share a phonebook across our handsets.

The phonebook on the handsets have one entry - IDNet - but I cant seem to add any other numbers to this.

Is there a way to achieve this?
