My BQM - does this look OK

Having odd issues with our broadband following a power blip a few nights back.
I've attached a BQM - but have no idea if this is good or bad - or somewhere in between.
Anyone good at divining the truth please?

It doesn't look too bad at all.

The idle latency is about 15ms with occasional peaks at 125ms. The latency peaks look pretty much what I'd expect for a contended circuit in school term time.
