Webmail login

I very seldom use webmail, but I iirc the username is the same as for the Customer Portal, but I'm pretty sure the password isn't, and for the life of me I can't remember what it is 

How can I recover/reset it?

I'd somehow got it into my head that you first logged in to a sort of "Webmail portal", then selected the address you wanted to check...

Shortly after I posted the OP, the other brain cell woke up and reminded me it didn't work that way
