IMAP log in slowed down

I'm not sure if this is a problem that is specific to the email client I use or to IDNet, but one of them has slowed down a bit logging into IMAP. It's not glacial, but it is definitely slower than it was. I have a trivial amount of emails in all inboxes, by the way. Thoughts?

No problems here using IMAP via an Apple email client.

Conversely I have had longstanding issues with Windows Outlook taking an age to connect using POP/SMTP

It was my email client. New update yesterday and it's much better.
