When Does Bandwidth Allowance Reset?

I joined on 21st August does my 30GB allowance reset on the 1st of each month or will it be the 21st of each month for me?

Hi Phil

Bandwidth runs from the 1st of each month. If you ask them, IDNet will adjust your billing date for you. HTH.

I believe for August you will have a pro-rated allowence and then it will reset one the first of the month.

Just to clarify: the download quota actually starts from the 1st day of the month and is independant from your billing date. But we are happy to change your billing date to be any day in the month that you prefer.
