massive drop in internet speed

Its a bit difficult though, when your test socket is under the stairs, or as in my case, outside in the electric meter cupboard.

Just like to update you all to let you know that about 12 hours after my BRAS profile got adjusted, internet performance improved dramatically. Strange it took so long to adjust, but now it's ticking along nicely and I am once again able to get a stable VPN connection to my work.
