Sorry if this has been asked before but can someone answer this for me.
I am on the Home Lite package and understand I have a 5 GB download allowance per month, now peak times are
Quote:
* Peak times are 9:00am to midnight - Off-Peak times are midnight to 9:00am

Now are these times also applicable to weekends and public holidays?
Thanks for any replies,
Regards Brian.

Hi Brian

Peak time doesn't affect Home Lite, only Home SuperMax. You can use your bandwidth at any time. In case you are not aware, uploads don't count towards it, btw.

Thanks for that Rik, so are you saying it makes no difference to my allowance weather I surf/download any time of the day/night and the upload does not count to my total? even though I get a graph of my useage and a projected total for thirty days?.....sorry for being so thick ::)

Absolutely no difference - you can use 5gb any time of day or night ie there is no peak/off peak.

Uploads absolutely do not count towards the 5gb allowence (ie the allowence is downloads only)
