Afternoon guys

Just recently joined IDNet on the Home Max ADSL service(well inpressed btw) but got some what of a daft query.  To cut a long story short, having probs with a router, going to eventually reset it but..... my username (when connecting I should say) what should it look like? i.e blahblah@idnet.net?

I know the start of it, but I have no idea what the rest of it should be (from the @ onwards).  Are they all the same? Any ideas for me as I don't wanna be left without a connection :P
