Newsletter?

I've seen a Newsletter mentioned, I haven't received one and can't permanently tick the box saying I wish to receive it. Does it just give info about the recent changes?

Consider it being done, Rob. Some newsletters seem to have gone out later than others - don't ask me to explain.
