End user impact statement:
This Planned Engineering Work is required to reinstate our Primary Mail Server for idnet.com mail accounts. Users with idnet.com email addresses will not be able to send or receive email during this period - Email sent to idnet.com addresses will be stored on our secondary mail servers ready for collection as soon as the service is resumed.
