Has anyone else noticed their password changing when logging in to the customer account page on the IDNet website. I encountered several instances of it reverting to my original password, I am just wondering whether it's peculiar to me, or is it happening to others too? (It won't happen, of course, if you have never changed your password.)

Haven't changed mine, so can't comment.  So I won't.  But I just did anyway.  :out:

How often, Glenn? Can you identify a trigger for the change?

Rik, When I first logged on to the new site I changed the password to something a litttle easier to remember than my IDNet assigned password, it all saved OK as I logged out to check it. The following day I tried to log in but the password was reset back to the IDNet assigned password. I haven't tried to change it again.

Thanks. I'd changed mine on the old site. It changed back with the new site, I reset it. It then changed again this week after I'd spotted an issue with the usage stats.

Just checked mine and it had reset to the original assigned password. Changed it to my usual p/w and logged in with it several times this am.
Time will tell!

Rik

Thanks. It seems like the changed passwords didn't migrate properly to the new website.
