There are other voted for ISPs from non-that particular ISP IP addresses ... does that make sense? :)

Goggo

We have 52 forum members so I guess that IDnet has 100+ private customers - so why only 28 votes on DSLZone? I suppose that the majority, the satisfied ones, don't do anything!

I see there are a couple of comments slagging off IDnet now.

Jeff

Can`t keep all of the people happy all of the time ;) Unfortunately for IDNet, or any other ISP for that matter, if there is a problem at the exchange or whatever ie out of the ISPs hands, the bloke we pays our monies to gets it in the neck ;)

We had a spate of people slagging IDNet off after they introduced the 30gig cap for any reason other than the fact that IDNet had brought a cap in. Doesn`t take a rocket scientist now, does it ;)

I think they`re cool :)

Me too Jeff..!??! Thought I would share this with the group...My name's Scott and I'm an..no ! no ! damn  ! wrong day...this is Friday night.

I got an email today from Simon...
Quote
"what with one thing and another your payment has been taken late..ie today ! Your (my) next payment will be being taken on the date you joined in the month (for me the 3rd of every month). Thought I'd better let you know cause you'll see two payments quite close to each other, sorry about that. "

See...! see ?!?!? THIS is exactly the kind of CS I am willing to pay slightly (I AM Scots !) over the odds for !?!?  ;D ;D

Shame they can't get an 11 / 10 on AG forum ratings...they continue to impress me with their attention to detail and Customer Focus.

High fives all round...

Thing is with IDNet, you really need to experience them first. I`ll be blunt, the main website doesn`t inspire me at all, think it needs a wee bit more eye candy. I wonder how many prospects visit, see the site then click the back button. The prospect of no free webspace for some folk may be offputting too but if this is what IDNet deem unimportant when weighed up against a rock solid connection, first class Customer Support (free too) and a top notch independant bulletin board ;) then so be it :)
