Check out the status page, either the normal link or from your account page (for extra detail). We now have what we've been asking for in terms of keeping us informed.

Yes, it makes a lot of difference when we know what's going on.  Tell me that my email is down and I'll go out for a couple of hours, tell me nothing and I'll sit and fume.  Why other ISPs can't see this, I don't understand.  It's normal human psychology.  I guess that all the other ISPs are run by thick people.. LOL.. I hate thick people.  Not understanding thick people is my one and only failing  :angel:
