UT3 Demo out

looking forward to this game for the past 18 months.

finally getting a download - done in about 90 mins !



lol and this for sure blows out my idnet monthly allowance !

i'll have to sneak in an upgrade to the sub without telling Rach

well finally got this working !

had to grab updated grafix drivers - lol nearly another 100mb so major blown the ident monthly allowance !

but it seems very good even on my old clunker of a pc.

            Got the demo yesterday, ive never been into the UT series but thought i would give it a blast and really enjoyed it (even just playing against the bots) very pretty and fast paced game with some really cool vechs to play with. Not to sure if i will buy the game when released as its not really enough for me other than a quick game now and then but worth blowing my allowance for this month

yeah seems ok.

i've got the previous games going back to the original UT.

as was always a FPS Quake player in the old days.

seems good to me - not played with the vehicle yet - just a standard DM map getting the controls set up.

Have enjoyed it, but it keeps crashing on me 

Manage about 10 minutes of running / driving / flying, and then the monitor will lose signal, go black, and I have to reboot the PC.

Maybe I should get the latest graphics drivers as well - can't remember my current version, but I've had 'em a while now.

Other than that... not too shabby at all   

...especially the Darkwalker...

yep i had problems with it.

got newest grafix drivers and its been ok since.
