This pdf just issued makes interesting reading, more people getting dissatisfied with their ISPs and switching. http://www.ofcom.org.uk/research/tce/ce07/research07.pdf

It actually covers a lot more than just Broadband.

There's a lot of reading in that, Noreen, nice find. Shame it doesn't seem to deal with the consumer's experience of Ofcom itself though.  :(
