It is all very well buying an identical item at the lowest cost from a similar retailer ie; Heinz Beans from Tesco or Sainsbury.

That would seem to be sensible Inactive, but still most people don't see a service as anything else except a tin of beans, why I do not know, but getting my friends to try IDNet was hard enough because it did not come with 40mb download, free wireless router and antivirus until I showed them the ratings of all the providers, even then it was a case of "well we should get something for free" great service it seems is not high on importance until you have to complain

It seems to a lot of people its all down to something for nothing these days and then they have the audacity to complain when it goes wrong.
