Hi Sean

Have you had an email confirming that migration is complete? It sounds a bit as if it might not be.

Hi Sean,

The router won't connect to IDNet until the migration date.  Until then, you're stuck as you are.  The details IDNet sent you are so you can log into your customer account, and set up emails, etc.  :)

We know how you feel, but you'll just have to hang on a few days (though BT have been known to complete migrations early). Do set up your email accounts though, you can use those straight away.

Have fun. I hope you can get the names you want for email - I bagged most of the good ones, from my POV, during testing.  >:D

Of course, it's not unusual for BT to mess it up either and delay it a day or too!
