Is There An Upgrade Fee To Change From Home Max To Super Max?

Rik

Afaik, Phil, yes because the underlying BT product changes, so BT raises a charge.

But there's no fee to switch between the other packages, say from Home Max to Home Lite?

Rik, I emailed support and there is no charge to upgrade, so I've done so.

Just thought I'd let you know for future reference.

Rik

Thanks, Phil. Seems like policy has changed - the fee used to be listed on the website. I must be suffering from the mushroom syndrome. ;)

They also said the upload speed would be increased in the next 24 hours which seems a bit fast especially as BT are involved.

Rik

Maybe BT are having a November special this week - throwing switches instead of passing paperwork?  >:D

;D seriously though have BT Wholesale improved their systems?

Rik

It does make you wonder, Phil. Afaik, there's no physical work involved, so it's just a few keystrokes and, with only the one ISP involved, perhaps it can be done quickly.
