payment

i`m a bit confused, i have just had a payment taken for a full month. i haven`t had the service for a month yet. i was activated on the 29th of November  ???

You pay monthly, in advance and will be billed on the same date each month. Your billing date is not related to your usage period, which starts from the 1st for everyone. IDNet will adjust your billing date to match the usage period if you give them a ring.

Both!  :)  There were two issues, one was my fault and one was just the way the system works when you sign up.  Both were dealt with promptly.  :)  I think it's Simon you need to speak to, as he deals with the accounts.  :)

When I had a problem with my Direct Debit, I emailed and Simon phoned me next day.  As I wasn't in he left a message and I called him back.  It was then all sorted over the phone.
