getting speedtest net results onto this site

i have noticed some people can put the results of their speedtest.net on to pages of this site .
INACTIVE does it for example

but how is that done ? a really SIMPLE explanation would be nice, no i said simple !!

When you get the results, there should be three links on the page.  One is an HTML link, one is something else, but one is a Forum Link, which you can copy and post on here - like this.

Follow the advice given by Simon, it really is that easy.

To get the results in your profile, just copy and then paste in to your profile page.
