High Sync speed and low data rate

Hi, I recently migrated to IDnet and have been through the 10 day training period. During training my sync speed was always 8128 but i went up to 6 meg near the end, after the training period I have dropped to
3 meg max (usually 2) but my sync speed is is still 8128.
Now I had the same problem with F2S. They said I should be getting 6 meg and it was a fault BT's end but they refused to retrain the line or do anything to help.

Cirtianally sounds like a BT Fault - perhaps a stuck profile?

Anyway, your best option would be to contact support! - unlike F2S they'll be a huge help!

Phoned support, who very helpfull, and it is a BT fault, not the BRAS profile but the next hop out. BT added noise to bring my sync rate down but I am still at 8128 and the line is flaky (disconnected 22 times in 4 days) :(. It has been logged as a profile mismatch in the hope they sort it.
