Willy wrote that, what you may ask is that to do with IDNet.  Well I have just received the Christmas news letter, there they wrote:
IDNet continue to be one of the highest rated ISPs in the UK for speed, reliability and customer service according visitors to Think Broadband
So I went to look. there IDNet stood head and shoulders above all comers, so "one of the highest" seems a little modest to me! :sigh:
Nothing is perfect, not even my ignorance!

Over the time I have been with IDNet, I've watched the company grow in reputation. People on ThinkBroadband regularly recommend it, even though they are not customers. It's one thing to have your own customers doing the praising, but to persuade non-customers is of another order of magnitude.

IDNet manages to be efficient, friendly and personal - that's quite an achievement. Long may it continue. :)

I agree, it operates as it says, like a family business and they treat you with respect and understanding, a rare thing in these times for a service industry that generally wants your cash and offers script read support
Damned, if you do damned if you don't
