Is there any email forwarding option in the webmail? as i can't see any.

You need to create forwarders from the Customer Area. Once in the Customer Area go to "Email Setup", then click "Setup Info" for the address you want to configure, next click the "Configure message filtering" link under "Advanced Features", then if you click the "Create Rules" tab you'll be able to create a forwarder to another address. :)
