Connection Quality and how to monitor ?

In this period of speeds, pings and connectivity being a bit up and down I thought this link might be of interest.

L8nc lets you set up a monitor on your IP address which they then ping every minute and log responses. The graphed results then let you see how your connection is behaving over time

It also lets you diagnose lots of different potential issues with your connection giving explanations of what a lot of graphs appearances might be down to...

Some of you might find this useful - save sitting there with a dos session open " 'ping' ing -t" away for ages !?

I had a l8ncy ping test running but turned it off pre-Max as I didn`t want to incur any extra overheads on my line while it was in "training". I don`t know if this would have made a difference though and I`m quite curious as to how graph looks post-Max ;)
