Is any still in the IDNET office?

Can someone please call me ASAP.

BT didnt migrate me properly over to you from Plusnet. Now I cannot get a broadband connection at all. I spoke to Miriam today and she has been a great help but BT have really messed up things now. At least last night I could still connect to Plusnet. Now nothing

This is not an official IDNet forum it was set up by some of the customers for the customers.

Simon does read the forums but you are better off phoning customer support in the morning as i doubt he could do anything from home.

Have you tried logging in on both your old account and your new one, i have read sometimes there is a overlap so you may still be able to get on.

I have just had a call from Miriam and BT are working on the line. Idnet have wonderful customer service!

Lets hope BT can finally sort things out. There is a problem at the exchange now.

My new Idnet connection is working now. I would just like to thank IDNet (especially Miriam) for helping me out so quickly. It would have taken Plusnet months!

Welcome to the happy world of IDNet , as you will have read I had ping issues recently and  Miriam sorted BT out as they denied interleaving was on my line (its a long story).
It makes me wonder how long it would have taken had i had not been with IDNet.
