Has anyone tried to use the 2700 in bridge mode?

ie let there public ipaddress(es) onto a bit of kit tother side?

just curious

Nope, but that's because for me there's no reason to do this. Unless you want to run a web/mail server, for example, there's no need and it makes you more exposed to attack.
