Not a good start. It things like this which if I did not know IDNet better could give them a bad name. AS requsted I sent a email to  vivaciti asking them to change me over to IDnet. Since then have not heard a word no reply of any sort. If I have not heard any thing by tomorrow  I will use the Mac code I asked for last week and join IDnet directly.

To be honest, Bill, I didn't know why you didn't in the first place. Obviously with Entanet, you have to go through a reseller, but IDNet sell directly and are so good that you don't need "extra" support from a reseller, IMHO.

Indeed, I wouldn't put a barrier of a re-seller in my way, tbh.
