Amazing!  Extremely effecient.  MAC code was in the email this morning! :o

I was expecting the 5 working days thing, and most likely having to remind them.  Impressed.  Almost tempted to stay with Tiscali.

The best service I ever got from Tiscali was sending me a mac - within ten minutes of my phone call requesting it!! Pity that their other teams aren't anywhere near as efficient, or they wouldn't be losing customers all the time. ;)

On the other hand, I would never have found IDNet :( Best ISP move I ever made :)
