The PC runs XP Media Center with an E6300 CPU at its heart, I would think it would be impossible to build the PC for this price.

Nice find Glenn, I reckon XP Media Centre is the very best OS from MS, I have it on my computer in Spain.

It is showing a wired keyboard so probably a budget machine this time.
