Hi all,
I need a bit of help with idnet webmail and my pocket pc running wm5. I am new to the pocket pc so instaead of trying the wireless connection just in case that added any problems, I connected via active sync to my main PC and using IE on pda I can log in ok, but any other link 'compose' for example has no effect. On my main PC with IE 6 if I do the same a new window opens up after I am nagged about the pop up blocker  blocking the new window and all seems well. so my question is, does webmail work with windows wm5 on a pda and its version of IE? or have I missed something obvious!

Well webmail is exactly that...html and a bit of script served up through the cut-down browser on your pda...I'd therefore guess that it is the browser on the pda that's the issue rather than the codebase on the webmail site.

First thing to try, remove any popup blocker settings on the browser (ideally for the webmail site not interweb-wide!)
Is scripting enabled on the browser ?

After that then I'm beginning to struggle Trev.

Thanks for the reply Scott,
You may well be right, as I said I am new to the pda and have yet to find any of the normal options for configurgation found on the PC version of IE, I was hoping somebody here had used a pda with wm5 to get webmail and I had missed something simple, but it appears I am on own on this one. :-[
Thanks again for your response
