Null@idnet.net

Hi, im trying to find out my password to my account but cant do the online thing where it sends it to your email. It says sent to Null@idnet.net. This is proberbly because i never set up an idnet email. Il ring CC tomorrow to sort it hopefully.
Does anyone know for sure what null@idnet.net is?

It wouldn't surprise me if null@idnet.net doesn't actually exist. A quick call to CS will clear things up!

It sounds like a problem with the site. I'd give IDNet a call to sort your problem, and also mention the whole "null" thing. :)

Oh snap, after many guesses of my password i had a moment of clarity and remembered it!

Sounds like this forum is affecting you already, memory loss is a symptom.

I would maybe let support know anyway - they will probably sort it out in case it happens again in the future!

It does sound as if it's confused because it can't find the email address to end to, Stu, so letting support know would be wise. Do you get your invoice emails OK each month?
