Simon_idnet answers grammer question, Idnet help and support reach new heights. ;D  It does show that whatever the problem they are always there to help (or as someone on that board might say 'their') ;D

Oh, I got involved in that thread at DSL Zone, I do hope there wasn't to many grammar mistakes for their eyes. ;D ;D
