I'm not making this up, it actually appeared on the Tiswas forum today:

Service Status Announcement: All aspects of Tiscali Internet Services are fully operational. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. - Tiscali Technical Support

Guess their irony filter needs tweaking...

That is hilarious, mainly because they're apologising for offering a service, which is quite right!
