Had my interleaved turn off this morning  and now we have max out . I will try and do a bt speed test later and see what we get , but i am even happier now. :)

When i asked james yesterday about haveing interleaved turned off he said my speeds might slow down but it has done the opposite . And rik no i have not done my speed training .

You should, you may need to start braking earlier. ;) James is right, btw, interleaving is designed to stop the need for packet re-sends, so with it off, although you sync faster, if the line really needs it, throughput will actually drop. It sounds like you have no need to worry on that score though. :)

I take it going by this result i need to wait until my profile goes up .
