Managed to get the BT test to work!

Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test:  -provides background information.
    IP profile for your line is - 2500 kbps
    DSL connection rate: 448 kbps(UP-STREAM)  3552 kbps(DOWN-STREAM)
    Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 2296 kbps

That says the line has been unstable, you should be on a 3000 profile for the sync speed.

Apologies for the delay in responding to you.

It would appear the line has been a little unstable, i cannot see any reason for this however, has there been any changes within your phone system setup maybe? It seems to have settled and the connection has been up now for what i can see over 3 days. Please let me know if the problem escalates.

You've clearly had noise, what and where is the question. You're probably above your FTR, so raising a fault with BT might be difficult unless the situation worsens.
