Been following your problems Jill, not able to give any advice but good to hear things are sorted, and you have peace of mind now.   :thumb:

Take care of all your memories. For you cannot relive them.

Captain K

Been following this as well Jill.  Chuffed its sorted.  In fact, following a "disagreement" with she-who-thinks-she-must-be-obeyed this morning (she's discovered we're paying more per month than we were with Tiscali), I suggested she read this thread.  She used to complain at me no end when the Tiscali service went down - which it did a lot - but since she read this thread she's been all sweetness and light.  Either she's convinced IDNet was the right move, or I can expect the cold steel between my ribs any moment.
Bruce.

I don't trust Camels.  Or any other creature that can go a week without a drink.

Rik

I can arrange for it to be warmed first, Bruce.  >:D

You wouldn't like to re-phrase that ever so slightly would you, Jill?  :o :out:

Corroded wiring up the street, changed me over to a spare line.

Rik

It looks like your line is still having stability problems, Jill. Have you checked the log on the Netgear?

Looking at it, but it doesn't mean anything to me  :D

Rik

Look for any entries that say "Loss of synchronisation".
