OK here's a challenge - I recognise this font, I like it, I want it, but don't have it lol.  Does anyone know what it is called or able to provide me with it?  See attached

Rik

It looks like Souvenir to me, Chris. Do you have anything with a V in it?

Yeah, that's Souvenir, very popular in the 70s (it was designed with the early photo-typesetters in mind), but has fallen out of general use. I have a spare licence here, PM me with an email address... :)

I've never understood the American attitude to fonts. You can copyright the name, but not the design. Where do they think all the work was done??

Incidentally, they have Gill Sans as Garrison...

Have a  :karmic:  from me to, Noreen.  I love fonts, but there are so many, I never know where to start looking!

Thanks In and Simon. I have a book of fonts which helped me identify it though Rik pipped me at the post. ;D

Rik

Souvenir is one I don't need to get the book out for, Noreen, I used it a lot in the 70s, and once you have a V as a diagnostic, it's unmissable. :)
