View posts since last visit?

Hello again, I hate to be a forum hog when I haven't even joined yet, but I can't find a button that says "View forum posts since last visit".  Is there one anywhere that I've missed?

i don't know if there is one on this forum! what you can do is look at the dimonds at the beginning of each catagory in the index and when the colour changes there is a nwe post inside. once you have clicked on the cat, the threads with the new post have 'new' at the end so its nice and easy to see the new posts!
