Internet dropping out intermittently

Hello, having a little trouble with my internet connection lately, it has been dropping out, then connecting again after about a minute it's been going on for about 2 weeks, it has got allot better from when it started (now only happens every few hours some times 12 sometimes just 1), I am on the Leamington Spa exchange, anyone else been experiencing similar problems in the same time frame?

When you say dropping out, is your router re-synching?
