My order has finally gone through after it been rejected cos Tiscali were doing work on their network. Support are keeping an eye on it for me cos I *might* need a new mac code (can't remember why) but lets keep our fingers crossed I will be a fully fledged idnetter on the 13th... please, please no more issues, I don't want to fight pipex for another code

Hi Diss. Tiscali having been moving customers from BT equipment to their own of late (unbundling) - all the while issuing MACS that people can't use as a result, I'd take a bet that's what happened to your line. It is just possible you'll need to get an LLU MAC, but I'm sure James will keep on top of that.

Yeah thats exactly what has happened .. I just couldn't explain it lol.. I just don't want to have to fight pipex for another code. Why do pipex/Tiscali make things so bloody complicated? I can't wait to move.. I am p*seed off today, full of cold too which does not help.. rant over, calm resumes
