Well mail being slow i kinda mean...it says checking for mail - and does nothing
Messenger does work
Browsers - does not load any page, cannot connect to router (until the problem is over <5 mins)

In that case, I'd suggest swapping the router out if re-booting it doesn't cure the problem.

Does this happen after you have used utorrent, by chance? I found that after I installed the last update, each time I used it my entire internet would freeze, or slow to treacle like speed. I found that doing a reinstall sorted it all.
