Ive been having probs for last 2 weeks with pings speeds are fine cant complain at that :P,but i wouldn`t mind slow speed if my ping was sweet as am a gamer. I was hoping it would work its self out but it aint its everyday and night ping is normal 25 ,but latey its sometimes tripple that thus causing lag in games which aint to good. The vp for my exchange is green and have done all the usall stuff but its still the same, anyone else got probs with higher than normal pings?

Your line probably has interleaving enabled; do you know if it does? If not, could you let us know what router you have?

Unless your line is good enough to have interleaving switched off, which it probably won't be if interleaving is on in the first place, then there's nothing you can do to lower your pings, unfortunately. :(

Some users have experienced high pings since IDNet did some maintenance a while ago, so it might be worth sending them an email or giving them a call. It could be down to BT maintenance, but it's worth enquiring. :)

RA-1972

I have sent them a email before and sent them some tracert too they said they could not find anything wrong . Gamer where do you live ?

GameR

The more data they have, the easier it will be to narrow things down.
