The trouble is people do not get past the idea that its not the ISP but BT that control the lines on non LLU. Sadly they then get disgruntled that the ISP cannot wave a magic wand to cure all

I can only laugh. Some people just aren't interested in the facts (i.e. BT's part in all of this) and believe what they want to believe.
