Some issues with the default forum theme and IE

We are aware of a couple of issues with the default theme which are affecting people using a version of Internet Explorer (both IE6 and IE7 exhibit the problem).

While the problems are not major or widespread, members should be aware of them. If you are unable to change your browser, then you might want to consider changing to the alternative 'Core' theme until a fix can be found.

The issues manifest as grey bars on the index page, and occasionally as long hyperlinks becoming invisible.

Are these bars rather thick,and move had this a problem similar to your description yesterday but changed over to FF .
Many hammer all over the wall and believe that with each blow they hit the nail on the head.

No, it's the title bars, David, some people are seeing them as grey. See below (though these are the correct colour).

Its stopped now Rik,it was thick grey bars almost like transmission bars small gap in between,I thought it was the router so turned it off and it righted itself.nothing in the log,but its ok now
